THE PME SOMATIC TRAINING

Professional Training in Somatic Movement Therapy and Education

Move. Develop. Transform.

About PME

PME (Physio-Mentale Entwicklung) is a contemporary somatic approach to movement, healing, learning, and human development.

At the heart of PME is the understanding that meaningful change cannot be imposed from the outside but emerges through sensing, movement, touch, reflection, relationship, and the creative potential already present within each person.

Rather than teaching predetermined movements or offering fixed interpretations, PME invites participants into a process of embodied inquiry in which new movement, new understanding, and new possibilities can unfold naturally from within.

Rooted in expressive dance, somatic education, body psychotherapy, contemplative traditions, and more than 35 years of professional practice, PME integrates creativity with professional education in Somatic Movement Therapy and Education.
